Healthy comfort food filled with cheesy, spicy, flavor love. I crave these recipe all the time. In the time it takes you to cook regular rice, the whole cauliflower dish is done and ready to eat. TIP: make your own cauliflower rice. Its so much cheaper then packaged cauliflower rice.
The goal behind this veggie burger was to make it easy, faster than takeout, and make a meat eater not miss the meat. TIP: Put your veggie patties in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking. This will ensure that the burger does not fall apart.
